Jill Connolly

Jill Connolly began her career within State government in 2013 with the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Jill served the Supreme Court with roles in Procurement, Circuit Clerk Services, and Information Technology.

Jill joined the West Virginia Department of Veterans Assistance in June 2022. She is the Department's Executive Assistant to the Cabinet Secretary and Chief of Staff, as well as the Human Resources Coordinator for the Cabinet office, Benefit Offices, and the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery. Jill is considered the WVDVA’s “go-to person.”

A native of Cross Lanes, she is a graduate of Marshall University. Jill also earned a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Marshall.
